Timberly is a beautiful contemporary 3,000 square foot mountain vacation
home on a two-acre wooded lot in the gated community of Timberline in Canaan
Valley, West Virginia. Timberly has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and sleeps
12 people (1 King, 3 Queens, 2 twin bunks). It is a non-smoking, dog-friendly
property. You will find a fully appointed kitchen and two dining areas seating 15
people comfortably. There is a hot tub to relax in on the spacious gated deck and
a gas grill for barbeques. The living room is very inviting as you can enjoy the
beauty of the outdoors through the floor to ceiling windows running the full length
of the room. Deer and other wildlife are easily spotted right from the comfort of
the couch. The large stone fireplace adds character and warmth to the house and
there is a stocked wood pile to keep the fire burning.
For your entertainment there is a pool table and foosball table in the family game
room. You will also find a Karaoke machine, games, and an ample selection of
books. During the summer, take advantage of lake privileges at nearby Spruce
Island Lake with our private canoe available for your use. The house is equipped
with wireless internet access, four cable TVs, a DVD player, VHS player and
variety of reading books, movies, and board games. Timberly has a little
something for everyone. For winter activities, it is only a two minute’s drive
from the Timberline ski slopes and very close to Whitegrass Cross-Country
Touring Center and Canaan Valley Ski Resort. Please refer to the Area Info

Winter is a very popular time of year to visit Canaan Valley; however, fall and
spring have much to offer, too. Fall is spectacular, bringing Leaf-Peepers from
far and wide to take in the beauty of the vividly colored trees. Spring and summer
are most popular with outdoor enthusiasts, cyclists, fishermen and people just
wanting to escape the heat.
